Ordering a Brand New Unlocked iPhone FAQ
General FAQ
1. Will all the features still work with the unlocked iPhones? 
Yes! Except for Visual Voice mail (which is an exclusive AT&T feature), all features currently available on locked phones are available on unlocked phones. This includes fully functioning Youtube, Safari, iPod, etc.
2. Will it work on my network?
If your network supports a standard GSM sim, it will work!
(iPhones will not work on Sprint or Verizon since they are not GSM networks)
3. Is it completely unlocked for voice and data use with any alternative carrier?
We have tested both voice and data extensively in multiple countries, using various different carriers and have found no problems.
4. Can I install 3rd party games and applications?
Yes! The phones are fully jailbroken and will allow you to download and install any 3rd party application that is currently available. For your convenience, an Installer application will be installed on your iPhone to allow access to hundreds of applications and games.
5. Are the iPhones tested before they are shipped?
We always test the iPhones with multiple sim cards before they are shipped. Besides verifying that the phone is unlocked for use on a non At&T network, we also verify that other features, such as Youtube, Safari, etc. are also working properly.
6. What will be included?
Since these iPhones are brand new, you will receive all the normal accessories that are included with iPhones. This includes the USB Power Adapter, Dock Connector to USB Cable, Cleaning/Polishing cloth, and Stereo headset.
7. Is it resistant to updates?
While we have taken all possible measures to ensure that the phone will remain unlocked, we can only guarantee the current released versions of updates (up to and including 2.0.1).
8. How do I enable EDGE internet?
You will first need to contact your cell phone carrier to enable this feature and to ask them for the EDGE settings. You can enter this information on the iPhone by going to Settings-General-Network-Edge.

1. When will my order be processed?
Once you place an order for an unlocked iPhone, the iPhone model you have purchased will be ordered. Once it is received, we will unlock and jailbreak the iPhone to the latest firmware (1.1.4). After the iPhone has been fully tested, your order will be shipped out and you will be emailed a tracking number. Most orders are shipped within 2-4 business days.
2. What shipping method is used and what are the shipping rates?
Orders are shipped with USPS Express Mail ($29.95) and USPS Express Mail International ($49.95). USPS Express Mail is next day or second day delivery to most locations in the US.
3. Can you ship with Fedex, UPS, or DHL?
Yes! Contact us and provide us with your shipping information and we can provide you with a shipping quote.
4. What shipping method would be best for International shipments?
We highly recommend shipping with Fedex for international shipments. Please contact us with your shipping details so we may provide you with a shipping quote
